PURCHASING FROM US

By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order. The contract between us will be concluded when we accept your offer by dispatching the goods. We will not be obliged to supply the goods to you and no contract will exist between us until this point. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Pay Pal ( 5% of the total invoice value will be added as the Pay Pal Conversion & Service Charges – Value below 500 USD only will be accepted by Pay Pal ) . All payments must be in INR for Indian Customers / USD for Overseas Customers and must be made at the time of placing the order.

PRICING

Prices do not include postage and packing, which will be calculated in accordance with the Delivery provisions below. All prices do not include GST for Overseas Customers. Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed when we receive your order, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. If you confirm that you wish to proceed then please remember that we will not be under an obligation to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we have received your order and shipped the goods. If you discover you have made a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately. When comparing prices please make sure you are comparing the same product. A lot of duplicates may be available from other sources and they claim to look real We take pride in ourselves in delivering quality products.

DELIVERY

We endeavour to despatch all our orders within 10-15 working days for orders within India and 15-20 days for orders outside India. We customise every product and do quality checking before delivering to you. Because its handmade the shipping is extended to 15 to 20 days. Be it a single product or bulk orders the shipping time will be the same, thank you for understanding

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We make the products on receiving the order, since we are open to customisation, we do not have stocks in hand. Including the estimated shipping date we will deliver the ordered products, In case if there’s any product that gores out of stock due to unexpectant circumstances we will contact you for further procedure.

INSPECTION OF GOODS

We make sure all our products are thoroughly checked before dispatch. Any colour or design variation from the photograph maybe due to third party lights, however we have closely worked with natural lighting and editing in photography. Also, to note none of the handmade products are be crystal perfect like machine cutting, and we believe that is the beauty of handcrafted art works

The use of UPC and colour code is for reference purposes and do not infer place of origin or manufacturer. Neither do they infer whether an item is genuine or reproduction.
We may not keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order. We advise you to keep a copy of them for your information in the future. Any contract between us shall be governed by Indian law. Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contact between us, including the contract, shall be made or conducted in the English language.
