We are happy to refund the products only in the case of
UNBOXING video of the product, right from carton box opening till the final product. The above said statement is mandatory. Refund will not be accepted in absence of the unboxing video.

You should raise a refund request immediately after unboxing video, a refund without unboxing video will not be accepted
Since all the products are handmade home decors, they tend to break with manual handling for which the brand cannot promise on durability and warranty. We do not refund for used products at any cost.
No COD’S and refund by cash is accepted and given.
The same mode of payment will be reversed for the refund product.
Refund payment will take up to 5 to 7 working days to reach the receiver’s bank account
Shipping charges borne by the customer at the time of order placement will not be refunded.
